Delivery
Delivery Address: It is your responsibility to provide accurate and complete delivery information. We are not responsible for orders that are delayed or undeliverable due to incorrect address information.
Delivery Times: While we make every effort to deliver orders within the specified timeframes, delivery times may vary based on factors beyond our control. We do not guarantee specific delivery times and we are not responsible for any delays caused due to unavoidable situations & seasonal rush however, we have paid fixed time delivery slots (Conditions apply)
Recipient Availability: We are not responsible for orders left unattended at the recipient’s address. It is your responsibility to ensure that the recipient will be available to accept the delivery.
Refunds and Returns
Perishable Nature: Due to the perishable nature of floral, plant & food products, we do not accept returns. We are committed to addressing concerns related to damaged or incorrect items. Please see our Exchange and Returns policy for more information.
Cancellations
